Who We Are
P4 Pilates is the first fully-equipped Pilates studio of its kind in Accra, Ghana, offering an exclusive and very personalized wellness experience.
What We Offer
Our studio is home to state of the art Pilates machines and is run by a team of internationally certified trainers with medical backgrounds.
It’s a one-on-one experience.

From the moment you walk through our doors, our trainers partner with you. Together, we build a personalised wellness file including goals, achievements and stage of progress for each client.
Pilates Reformer
These classes emphasize control to connect to your body through focused breathing techniques. Reformer classes utilize a piece of equipment or “an apparatus” called a Reformer, a sliding platform with springs and pulleys that provide resistance during a workout. It’s a one-on-one experience.
Class duration: 55 minutes
Class configuration: Private or 2 to 4 persons
Program: Our certified Pilates instructors partner with you to assess your body’s capabilities and develop a personalized program to suit your needs and goals.

Also available are Specialized Pilates Reformer Classes, particularly recommended for those with specific injuries, scoliosis, knee, neck or other ailments.

The Specialized Classes
Rehabilitation Reformer: Designed to restructure and rebuild the body, beginning with work deep from the inside to slowly reach outward. This class is especially recommended for clients who suffer from neck or spine injuries.

Get into Shape Reformer: Clients can choose a more fitness-centered Reformer class that includes predominantly cardio exercises to enhance weight loss and body sculpting.

Pre and Post Natal care Reformer: These programs are designed with the physiological needs of a pregnant client. Sessions targeting the needs of post natal woman are also available.
Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates involves performing Pilates exercises in tandem with controlled breathing patterns on a mat rather than using an apparatus to strengthen the core. Pilates Mat props such as foam rollers, the Pilates ring, resistance bands, or weighted balls are used in some repertoires to create fun and varied workouts.
Class duration: 55 minutes
Class configuration: Private or Group of up to 11 clients
Program: Each instructor designs their own repertoire to ensure the desired class objective is reached.
The Mat Classes
CONSCIOUS BODY MECHANICS : Emphasizes the correction of the alignment gate and posture for more efficient movement.
MIND & BODY : Connecting mind and body in perfect unison, focusing on different parts of the body to achieve a well-rounded workout.
BALANCED BODY : Restore balance in your body by mobilizing the spine and activating all major muscle groups and joints. Balanced body = Happy body.
UP TEMPO : A high intensity class with advanced exercises aimed at strengthening the core, and increasing flexibility as well as muscle tone.
DE-STRESS : Relieve the mind and body of stress using the core Pilates principles: deep breathing, concentration and controlled body movement.
MEDICAL MASSAGE THERAPY : The medical massage therapist prepares a tailored massage program for clients with injuries or muscular-skeletal problems. Results are more effective when sessions are booked to compliment Reformer classes
CARDIOLATES: Pilates mat routine designed to strengthen the cardiovascular system and burn calories.
VINYASA CORE FLOW : Is a mixture of Vinyasa, Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates mat work, enhancing strength, lengthening muscles and re- energizing clients.
TOTAL BODY : Pilates mat resistance training to increase strength and flexibility in the musculoskeletal system.
PILATES BARRE : Is drawn from ballet, Yoga, Pilates with a focus on breathing, mind-body connection and toning of leg, glutes as well as core muscles.
