Certified yoga instructor Irene will be teaching Yin Yoga evening classes:
Airport 6 pm on Mondays
Cantonments 6:30 pm on Wednesdays
Irene’s Yin practice focuses on mindful flow, with particular attention to breathing and alignment.

P4 is the first fully-equipped Pilates studio of its kind in Accra, Ghana, offering an exclusive and very personalized wellness experience.
What We Offer
Our studio is home to state of the art Pilates machines and is run by a team of internationally certified trainers with medical backgrounds.
It’s a one-on-one experience.

From the moment you walk through our doors, our trainers partner with you. Together, we build a personalised wellness file including goals, achievements and stage of progress for each client.
Pilates Reformer
These classes emphasize control to connect to your body through focused breathing techniques. Reformer classes utilize a piece of equipment or “an apparatus” called a Reformer, a sliding platform with springs and pulleys that provide resistance during a workout. It’s a one-on-one experience.
Class duration: 55 minutes
Class configuration: Private or 2 to 4 persons
Program: Our certified Pilates instructors partner with you to assess your body’s capabilities and develop a personalized program to suit your needs and goals.

Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates involves performing Pilates exercises in tandem with controlled breathing patterns on a mat rather than using an apparatus to strengthen the core. Pilates Mat props such as foam rollers, the Pilates ring, resistance bands, or weighted balls are used in some repertoires to create fun and varied workouts.
Class duration: 55 minutes
Class configuration: Private or Group of up to 11 clients
Program: Each instructor designs their own repertoire to ensure the desired class objective is reached.
Yoga Classes
YIN YOGA : teaches stillness, enhances focus and promotes relaxion. With an emphasis on the deep connective tissues Asanas (poses) are mostly floor based, participants hold each pose for at least 2-3 minutes..

HATHA YOGA: combines Pilates styles mobility & core strength movements to improve your physical, mental & emotional wellness. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

ASHTANGA YOGA: Involves synchronizing the breath with challenging postures, producing intense internal heat that detoxifies muscles and organs, improves circulation, strengthens the body and calms the mind.

BOSU

Mat Class

BOSU is an acronym for "BOth Sides Up" in relation to half a ball which can be used on both sides. Rev up your metabolism to lose weight, tone your muscles, increase your agility and strength - but most of all have fun!
KIZZ-on-BARRE™

Equipment Class

Kizz-on-Barre™ integrates elements of Pilates, dance, cardio & strength training. With an emphasis on correct biomechanics of movement to increase strength, flexibility, stamina, core and dynamic stability. High-energy, great Kizomba music, and a challenging class open for all!
PILATES on Equipment

Equipment Class

Prerequisite: Intro Private Session. Enjoy an energizing and challenging full body workout applying the basic principles of the PILATES method. This low-intensity full-body class is perfect for those who have just started Pilates, but are anxious to see the benefits. We target the glutes, abdominals, arms and legs whilst addressing any postural imbalances
Suspension Training with TRX

Equipment Class

Train while suspended - either by your hands or feet - generally by one anchor point. The one base of support - the anchor point - will provide you with the ideal mix of mobility and strength, enhancing your levels of endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, core, stability and overall power!
