1 to 2 pm Mat with Grace (Mat Room)
1 to 3 pm Breast Cancer Screening by 37 Hospital
2 to 3 pm TRX with Roberta
3 to 4 pm Breast Cancer Post Operative Exercise Talk with Roberta
