Our studio is home to state of the art Pilates machines and is run by a team of internationally certified trainers with medical backgrounds. It’s a one-on-one experience.

From the moment you walk through our doors, our trainers partner with you. Together, we build a personalised wellness file including goals, achievements and stage of progress for each client.

These classes emphasize control to connect to your body through focused breathing techniques. Reformer classes utilize a piece of equipment or “an apparatus” called a Reformer, a sliding platform with springs and pulleys that provide resistance during a workout.

Also available are Specialized Pilates Reformer Classes, particularly recommended for those with specific injuries, scoliosis, knee, neck or other ailments.
The Specialized Classes
• Rehabilitation Reformer: Designed to restructure and rebuild the body, beginning with work deep from the inside to slowly reach outward. This class is especially recommended for clients who suffer from neck or spine injuries.

• Get into Shape Reformer: Clients can choose a more fitness-centered Reformer class that includes predominantly cardio exercises to enhance weight loss and body sculpting.

• Pre and Post Natal care Reformer: These programs are designed with the physiological needs of a pregnant client. Sessions targeting the needs of post natal woman are also available.

Our certified Pilates instructors partner with you to assess your body’s capabilities and develop a personalized program to suit your needs and goals.

Mat Pilates involves performing Pilates exercises in tandem with controlled breathing patterns on a mat rather than using an apparatus to strengthen the core. Pilates Mat props such as foam rollers, the Pilates ring, resistance bands, or weighted balls are used in some repertoires to create fun and varied workouts.
The Mat Classes
• Cardiolates: Pilates mat routine designed to strengthen the cardiovascular system and burn calories.

• Up Tempo: High intensity class with advanced exercises aimed at strengthening the core, flexibility and muscle tone.

• Tai Chi: Series of movement performed in a slow, focused manner to cultivate energy; energy flowing during the movements makes this form of exercise a pleasure to experience.

• Core Flow: Is a mixture of vinyasa yoga,Tai Chi and Pilates mat work, enhancing strength, lengthening muscles and re-energizing clients.

• Free Body: Focus on breathing and a finer understanding of body mechanics to enhance the flow of body movement.

• HIIT Pilates: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) increases your heart rate, keeps it up, burning more fat in less time.

• Total Body: Pilates mat resistance training to increase strength and flexibility in the musculoskeletal system.

• Mind & Body: Connecting mind-body in perfect unison, focusing on different parts of the body to achieve a well-rounded workout.

• Pilates Barre: Is drawn from ballet, Yoga , Pilates with a focus on breathing, mind-body connection and toning of leg, glutes as well as core muscles.

Lunchtime Reset: The Lunchtime Reset Class is designed to recenter and rejuvenate your mind & body with meditation & savasana.
 
Slow Flow Yoga & Meditation with Erin: Using a combination of Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga & Yin Yoga, where asanas (sitting meditation poses) are held for 1-3 minutes to open, relax & bring balance to your mind, body & spirit.

High intensity Pilates Reformer at home with gliders/paper plates! 
Blast calories & get stronger with this total body workout using gliders or paper plates. Equipment needed: mat, 2 gliders (or paper plates, plastic plates or 2 Frisbees) a piece of wooden, marble or carpeted floor.
 
We are offering online and onsite Reformer and mat classes. Trishna has added new online mat classes for Teens. Classes will keep them busy, calm and focused while schools are still closed.

Cancellation Policy
Kindly note that due to high demand and the individual effort put in by instructors to ensure maximized results for both Pilates Reformer and Mat classes, all booked sessions have to be confirmed or cancelled within 24 hours. In the event of a cancellation, 50 percent of the cost of the session will be charged to the client.

Cancellation within two hours of the class attracts a full class payment for Reformer, Medical Massage and Physiotherapy.

Cancellations within 24 hours for Mat, Core Flow and Pilates Barre attract a full amount.
